1. The prelaunch website

OptinRouter is a product in development. This website introduces the product, accepts beta applications and enquiries, and provides a public AI guide. The product workspace and setup studio, when available, demonstrate planned behavior with sample information.

The website does not operate the proposed customer inference gateway, accept contribution datasets, sell session data, process customer payments, or issue production gateway credentials. The AI guide is a separate, limited website feature.

2. Beta applications and contact requests

The beta form stores your name, email, optional company or project, selected interest, consent confirmation and version, submission time, and application status in the website’s hosted database. A successful save returns an application reference. One application is kept per normalized email address. Repeated submissions do not change an earlier application’s consent or acceptance status.

Your consent allows contact about invitations and your application. Applying does not confirm beta acceptance, create a general marketing subscription, or give permission to capture, review, or license your work. This release saves applications but does not automatically send email.

The contact form stores your name, email, selected role, optional company and message, consent confirmation, and submission time. Enquiries and applications are accessible through project-owner tooling and are not published in a public directory. Records remain until the owner deletes them; this release has no automatic deletion schedule for those records.

3. The public AI guide

When configured, the guide sends your question and a limited recent conversation to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer. It receives a small set of approved public product facts. It has no access to applications, contact records, payment systems, private documents, negotiations, or business-action tools.

Conversation history stays in the current page’s memory. The application does not save chat messages or model answers in its database or local storage. Clear chat removes that in-page history. Closing the panel keeps the conversation until you clear it, navigate away, or reload. Clearing the page cannot retract a request already transmitted to an upstream service.

The public guide runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. Its processing is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The application does not store prompts or model responses. Hosting and inference services may process connection metadata under their policies. No specific processing country is promised for this website guide.

To limit abuse and spending, the application keeps request identifiers, request times, a daily keyed hash of trusted connection or platform identity, and a conservative cost reservation. It does not store the raw address or chat content in those records. During request handling it deletes reservations older than two completed UTC days plus the current day; if the guide is inactive, deletion waits until the next handled request.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, confidential code, personal records, or business secrets. AI answers can be mistaken. The guide explains public product information and high-level concepts. It declines deal terms and internal business or implementation details. If the AI service is unavailable, it clearly reports that live answers are unavailable.

4. Browser preferences and hosting

The application uses browser local storage for your Light, Dark, or Browser display preference and, where available, sample workspace settings. The demonstration never contacts a model provider, changes a real organization, or moves money. Its Reset demo control clears that sample state.

The application includes no advertising pixels, marketing analytics, session replay, or marketing cookies. The hosting service processes normal connection information to deliver the site and may keep operational logs under its own policies. Access to a private version of this site also uses the host’s sign-in and access controls.

5. Your choices

You can read the site without applying, choose optional form fields, clear the AI conversation, reset the sample workspace, and clear browser storage. To correct or delete an application or enquiry, contact the project owner through the contact page and include your reference. Ownership may need to be verified before a record changes.

The live platform’s legal entity details, service terms, approved subprocessors, data regions, retention schedules, and formal rights-request process must be published before the relevant services launch. This notice describes the current website.
